AI workshop assistant

The need

« I want to find any workshop part just by asking for it »

Ask for a part and the workshop lights up where to find it

Vento connects an AI voice assistant to the inventory and the LED strips on the shelves. Two Raspberry Pi desktop devices bring the assistant into the physical workshop: one receives the request and the other responds through voice and a screen. The system finds the part’s location and lights the corresponding shelf. You can also search the inventory from Telegram.

How Vento helps

  • 01Builds a database with the location of every part
  • 02Connects the Raspberry Pis to voice search
  • 03Turns each result into the command that lights the correct LED strip
  • 04Adds Telegram as another way to search the inventory

How it works

01

Organize the inventory

Each part is linked to a shelf and row in the database.

02

Connect voice, search and lights

Vento interprets the request, finds the location and activates the corresponding LED strip.

03

Find parts from the workshop or Telegram

Use the physical device or write from your phone to search the same inventory.
